(3) Naval application
The shock and vibration are not only harmful on the ship itself, but also on the equipments installed on the ship. Besides, the erosion of sea salt from time to time damage a variety of equipments on board. You must have experienced strange noises and failures from the equipments on board Please refer to the U.S. MIL-STD 810F specifications of equipments used on the sea, you will understand the specifications required.
